Our shipping and handling charges apply to each shipping address in the continental United States. For rush delivery, please add $10 for 2-day delivery or $20 for priority overnight delivery. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and foreign countries may incur additional shipping charges.
